# Sufficient Knee Flexion

> Binary indicator of whether knee flexion is sufficient (1) or not (0) during the single-leg squat.

## Description

Sufficient knee flexion is a binary metric used in the single-leg squat to indicate whether the athlete achieved adequate knee flexion (at least 60 degrees) on the stance leg.
