# Low Hands

> The lowest hand position during the downswing, marking the driving point between the top of the backswing and impact.

## Description

Low Hands identifies the lowest vertical hand position during the downswing, occurring between the top of the backswing and Min X-Factor. It is used internally to detect P1 Address and P9 Follow Through.
